Yeah, you’re absolutely in the wrong. If you don’t want to listen to your neighbor working on his yard while you’re trying to sleep, you’re welcome to invest in a good pair of earbuds.
You expect your neighbor, who may or may not even be aware of your schedule, to do chores at a time that is convenient to you, based on the schedule that he might not even know, rather than at a time that is convenient to him, that is, on a Saturday morning when he’s not at work and before it’s gotten too hot.
